PLEASE NOTE: This item has been used and sharpened. There is approximately 75-80% remaining. The pencil has been sanitized. The outside print on the pencil is beginning to chip off and there is a crack in the cap but it stays on fine.

"It’s a creamy pencil-style liner infused with micro-fine glitter. It is soft and super easy to apply. It defines well, and can add sparkle to the top and bottom eye line. Not recommended for the waterline."
